Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead to guide end-to-end delivery for client engagements in Pennington, NJ. You will lead a team to design, build, and operate backend systems using Scala and microservices, with a focus on delivery quality, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate across multiple teams, mentor teammates, analyze delivery metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher required.
• 4+ years of Java development experience.
• 4+ years of Databricks SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Scala.
• Build scalable and resilient microservices architectures.
• Develop RESTful APIs and event driven applications.
• Implement real time data processing solutions using Kafka and Spark.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and achieve project milestones.
• Analyze delivery metrics and provide insights to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
• Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
