Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract, ensuring quality, efficiency, and opportunities for follow-on work. You will collaborate across teams, mentor staff, and drive delivery metrics.

The role is onsite with the client 3 days per week in Pennington, NJ, with a 5-day away mandate per quarter, and requires SME-level experience in Java, Databricks SQL, and modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Java development.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Databricks SQL.
• Associates Degree or greater.
• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Data Modeling, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Scala
• Build scalable and resilient microservices architectures
• Develop RESTful APIs and event driven applications
• Implement real time data processing solutions using Kafka and Spark
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and service quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and customer expectations
• Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and achieve project milestones
• Analyze delivery metrics and provide insights to optimize resource allocation and project timelines
• Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies
