Capgemini is hiring an Onsite Technical Lead - Java Full Stack to work with a scrum team in an onshore-offshore delivery model at Camden, NJ. You will navigate stakeholder expectations, translate requirements into technical designs, and mentor an offshore team from the client workspace.

You will drive end-to-end solution design, architecture, and hands-on development with Java/Ecosystem, modern front-end tech, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and modern web application development.
• Proven experience in managing offshore teams and client-facing consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Navigate stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on technical deliverables.
• Lead development efforts using Java and modern web technologies to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting production issues and guiding offshore teams.
• Oversee code reviews, design validation, and release planning to ensure best practices.
