Qualifications

• Greeting guests/delivery drivers and communicating with them while handing out their delivery orders.
• Offering help with delivery orders.
• Ensuring delivery drivers are taking the correct order and answering questions they may have.
• Ensuring order accuracy for delivery orders.
• Handling any concerns with delivery orders.
• Ensuring wait times meet restaurant standards.
• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and delivery drivers in a friendly manner.
• Assist customers with placing or updating delivery orders.
• Verify orders for accuracy and resolve questions or issues.
• Address delivery-related concerns and maintain service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for timely service.
• Share feedback to improve guest experience and efficiency.
