McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to join our team in a fast-paced, guest‑driven environment. You will greet guests, assist with ordering, help guests with kiosks, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Position requires part-time hours between 8am and 8pm; must be 16 years of age or older.
• Greeting guests and assisting with orders using kiosks.
• Ability to provide friendly customer service and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering.
• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks.
• Offering assistance to customers needing extra hands.
• Checking with customers after food is served to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat.
• Handling customer concerns.
• Communicating with the team to feedback and improve operations.
