Job summary

Grey Chain AI is seeking a Development Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-first products across enterprise and consulting environments. You will guide project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and release governance for AI-powered platforms, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.

The role requires 10+ years in delivery management and a strong ability to align business goals with engineering execution, across cross-functional teams and global clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Delivery Management or Technical Programme Management.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of complex digital or AI products from kick-off to production.
• Experience in startup, product-led, or fast-paced digital product delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of delivery frameworks, dependency management, release planning and risk mitigation.
• Experience delivering AI/ML/Gen AI products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, integration delivery, and technical programme workflows.
• Experience maintaining delivery artefacts – project plans, RAID logs, sprint reports, and stakeholder dashboards.
• Strong Agile/Scrum execution as Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or TPM.
• Ability to manage business stakeholders, escalations, and delivery decisions with ownership and rigor.
• Experience delivering AI copilots, agentic workflows, RAG systems, or enterprise AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from project initiation through release, adoption, and hypercare.
• Drive delivery planning by defining project scope, milestones, dependencies, and execution roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements and product goals into delivery plans, sprint schedules, and release timelines.
• Act as the primary delivery owner coordinating with Grey Chain's engineering teams and ensuring timelines and delivery decisions.
• Translate product backlogs into sprint-level delivery plans, capacity models, and execution schedules.
• Drive delivery ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release reviews for consulting-use cases.
• Own project-level roadmap tracking, release planning, and stakeholder status reporting.
• Work with engineering on delivery risks, architecture dependencies, integration timelines, and platform readiness.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to plan and track Gen AI features, automation, and workflows.
• Maintain project delivery artefacts and define track delivery KPIs and release health indicators.
• Partner with clients to manage expectations, communicate status, and resolve escalations.
