Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking an AI Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning initiatives. The role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing scope, milestones, budgets and risks, and delivering executive updates.

Strong AI/ML knowledge, cloud familiarity, and enterprise architecture experience are essential, with PMP and Generative AI certifications preferred.

Qualifications

10+ years of project/program management experience.
3+ years leading Gen AI/ML projects.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, cloud, developer tools, and enterprise architecture.
Certifications: PMP or equivalent; Generative AI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML projects.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and delivery plans.
Establish and manage schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies across workstreams.
Coordinate and drive execution across cross-functional teams (Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Vendor Management).
Monitor progress, manage risks, address blockers, and resolve issues.
Build partnerships with Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams.
Deliver status updates and executive-level reporting to senior management.
Establish AI governance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
