Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive day-to-day execution for the Agentic AI Engineering platform. You will own the delivery cadence across multiple development programs, run Scrum ceremonies, and ensure engineers meet committed dates with real clarity on work in flight and blockers.

You’ll interrogate estimates, challenge scope, and guide phased platform builds while maintaining a strong technical footing and credible leadership with senior engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical delivery, engineering project or program management overseeing software delivery.
• Experience running Scrum or Kanban for multi-team programs with hard dependencies.
• Proven ability to read code, assess architecture, and challenge estimates with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery cadence: run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives across teams.
• Track in-flight work to completion, surface slippage early, and unblock blockers.
• Ensure explicit definitions of done and timely delivery against commitments.
• Interrogate estimates, challenge padding, and ensure alignment with scope and risk.
• Break down architecture into sized, deliverable stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Plan sprints and releases across phased platform builds, defending entry/exit gates.
