Qualifications

• Track record of technical leadership at scale (Staff/Principal level or equivalent).
• Strong systems thinking; able to move between architecture and tough bugs.
• Excellent communication; able to influence without formal authority.
• Bias toward pragmatic solutions over perfection.
• Genuine curiosity and a history of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction across domains or teams.
• Tackle ambiguous problems and drive them to clean solutions.
• Raise engineering practices—architecture, code quality, testing, operations.
• Mentor senior engineers and help their growth.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on roadmaps and strategy.
