Job summary

Young Living Essential Oils is seeking a Digital Product Owner II to guide day-to-day delivery for a moderately complex product area. You will act as Scrum Master and execution lead for multiple teams, driving backlog health, sprint predictability, and alignment with Product Managers and stakeholders across Digital and IT.

You will collaborate with IT, Marketing, Legal, CX, and other partners to align dependencies, surface risks, and support release planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Combination of education and experience may meet the requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master and execution lead.
• Own backlog grooming, refinement, and prioritization for a healthy backlog.
• Facilitate estimation, story refinement, and definition of done across teams.
