GQR in NYC (Chelsea) offers a hybrid 360 Recruiter role in our Life Sciences division, combining full-cycle recruitment with business development ownership. You will drive revenue, develop new business, and own the complete recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through placement.

The role demands a proven track record in life sciences recruiting and sales, with strong relationships and a results-driven mindset. Base salary sits at 75–85k with commission up to 37.5% on top of earnings.

Qualificações

• Proven success in Life Sciences recruitment and/or business development.
• Ability to generate new business and build client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute full-cycle recruitment in a 360 capacity, including both candidate placement and client acquisition.
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Life Sciences sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct interviews via phone and in-person.
• Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high-caliber candidates.
• Engage and nurture passive candidates.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Meet and exceed individual recruitment and sales quotas.
