Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience required.
• Dispatcher handles orders, coordinates drivers and communicates with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work well with customers.
• Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/distribute runs to drivers.
• Ensure that drivers collect money and put delivery times on bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure the deliveries go out correctly.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure the correct route is followed.
• Update customers by phone on the status of their orders.
• Help drivers with route or other job-related challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
