Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The role offers an hourly wage with comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions and have a valid driver’s license.
• DOT certification, if required in location of position (US Only).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
