Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old in the US; valid driver's license and driving record required.
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. solo or 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
