Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are a key part of delivering positive customer experiences for our store-based team. The role includes driving, installing, moving and picking up merchandise, and demonstrating how customers can use their products.

This position spends time both inside and outside the store, supporting daily operations and engaging with customers in the community. It offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18 in Canada).
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT certification may be required, depending on the location.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely stage products and operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise inside the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.

Skills
