Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Driver role offers a fast-paced, store-based position performing driving, installation, movement and pickup of merchandise while helping customers learn how to use products. You'll spend time both inside and outside the store, supporting daily operations and engaging with the community.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $15.00 to $16.50, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, a 401(k), paid time off and family resources.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in the US; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification may be required in some locations.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
