Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The role offers an hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for US positions
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory MVR
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification if required for location
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products and operate the company vehicle
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets
