Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You'll spend time inside and outside the store and connect with customers in the community. The position offers benefits such as On-Demand Pay, paid time off, health insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, and employee purchase programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR; DOT certification if required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including hours between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Stage and secure products and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance logs.
