Job summary

Aaron's is hiring a Delivery Driver to drive, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise in a fast-paced, store-based role. You will spend time inside and outside the store and connect with customers in the community.

The position supports day-to-day operations, requires solid communication and the ability to lift heavy items, and offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Hours can vary, typically 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in US.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• May need DOT certification depending on location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work hours 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. and in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance logs.
