Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are integral to ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role involves driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, while demonstrating usage to customers.

The position offers a competitive pay range and benefits, including healthcare options, 401(k), and paid time off. You will work both inside and outside the store and engage with customers in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and 18 in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record per Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.
• Schedule may include hours 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Lift up to 50 lbs independently; up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
