Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our distribution team. In this full-time role, you will deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to customers, following safe driving practices and DOT regulations.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (3–5 days depending on route), early morning starts, and pay ranging from $20/hour on US routes to $24/hour on Canada deliveries, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and potential raises.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or larger.
• No motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.
• Proof of COVID vaccine and passport may be required for travel into Canada.

• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.

In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
