Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations is looking for a Delivery Driver to serve customers with timely, safe, and professional service. You will deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts using well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C, while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for wage increases; a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft box truck or larger.
• Ability to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards.

• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.

Job description

Location: Aurora, CO
Hourly Pay: $23.00
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4–5 days/week (based on route and business needs)

Join Keystone Automotive Operations as a Delivery Driver and take the wheel in one of the most essential roles in our distribution network. In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)


• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance


• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends


• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques


• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams


• Maintain a clean and professional appearance


• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized


• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards


• Be 21 years of age or older


• Have a valid driver's license


• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger


• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months


• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.


• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen


• Able to pass DOT physical examination
