Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Delivery Driver in Florida to deliver auto, RV, and marine parts to customers in a full-time role. Expect an early-morning start, a Monday–Friday schedule (4–5 days/week), and a $17.25 hourly pay with potential raises and a $1,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass DOT physical examination

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards

In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
