Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our Irving, TX team. In this full-time role, you will deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts to customers, ensuring friendly and dependable service throughout each route.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with early morning starts, a retention bonus, and opportunities for hourly raises based on performance. Drive well-maintained company vehicles and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• 6+ months of driving a 15 ft box truck or larger
• No motor vehicle violations in last 24 months
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass DOT physical examination

Hourly Pay: $18.50
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs)

Join Keystone Automotive Operations as a Delivery Driver and take the wheel in one of the most essential roles in our distribution network. In this full-time position, you’ll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass DOT physical examination
