Job summary

LKQ Corp. is seeking an Delivery Driver– (Non-CDL) in West Fargo, ND to deliver auto parts and accessories to customers on a Monday–Friday schedule. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and potential raises based on performance.

Travel to Canada routes is included with travel documentation requirements. You will operate a 15 ft. box truck, load/unload items, and provide friendly, professional service while adhering to DOT safety standards and company

• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft box truck or larger.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing LKQ with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Delivery Driver– (Non-CDL)

Location: West Fargo, ND

Hourly Pay: up to $24/hour ($20/hour for US routes, $24/hour for delivery routes into Canada)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3–5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times. Important: Hiring drivers to deliver in Canada. Proof of COVID vaccine, passport, and the ability to get a fast pass is required for travel into Canada.

In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service. Position Highlights

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity

• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized

Required Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass DOT physical examination
