Keystone Automotive Operations is hiring a Delivery Driver in Memphis, TN. This full-time position offers an early-morning schedule, Monday through Friday (4–5 days depending on routes), and a base pay of $18.00 per hour. You will deliver auto, RV, and marine parts to customers, upholding safety and dependable service.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
