Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in Aurora, CO. The role offers an hourly rate of $23.00 with a Monday–Friday schedule and early morning starts. A $1,000 retention bonus is available, along with potential hourly raises based on performance.

You will operate a well-maintained box truck, deliver parts, assist customers, and coordinate with dispatch. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or larger.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Successful pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products with proper handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and keep the vehicle organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Location: Aurora, CO
Hourly Pay: $23.00 **** Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule - never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft.box truck, or bigger
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass DOT physical examination
