Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team, delivering home medical equipment and providing setup and patient education.

This role emphasizes safety, timely deliveries, and strong patient relations as part of our nationwide oxygen and durable medical equipment services. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of professional driving experience; knowledge of DOT/FDA guidelines is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional driving experience
• Home care/healthcare background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow patient-oriented checklists during delivery and training
• Adhere to routes and schedules
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with transportation laws
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and loading/unloading safety
• Build strong relations with patients and team members
• Maintain vehicle and warehouse cleanliness per FDA protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation for evenings/weekends to address emergencies
