Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment and to educate patients on proper equipment use.

You will follow patient orientation checklists, adhere to routes, and maintain a professional image while supporting on-call needs. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of professional driving experience, with a valid driver's license and knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with patients and staff professionally.
• Strong communication, both speaking and writing.
• Must understand DOT and FDA paperwork and maintain driving records.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle for safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with patients and team members.
• Keep delivery vehicle and warehouse clean and organized per FDA protocols.
• Support on-call rotation during evenings and weekends for emergencies.
