Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team, ensuring safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients, and providing equipment setup and patient education on proper use.

You will follow routes, maintain the delivery vehicle, and participate in on-call rotations while upholding DOT and FDA standards and delivering compassionate service to patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Healthcare background a plus.
• Non-CDL drivers: must be 18+; CDL drivers: 21+.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must lift 50+ pounds alone; may lift more with assistance.
• Read and understand DOT and FDA paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient equipment and provide setup and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle and keep it clean.
• Build strong relationships with patients and internal staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations during evenings/weekends.
