Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment and to educate patients on proper use. The role includes training patients, following routes, and maintaining a clean vehicle.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of driving experience, and a strong customer-service orientation. Eligible drivers must meet DOT and FDA paperwork requirements and maintain a valid license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and obey transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and loading/unloading safety.
• Build strong relations with patients and team members.
• Keep delivery vehicle and warehouse clean and compliant with FDA protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotation during evenings/weekends for emergencies.
