Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Delivery Driver to load, unload, and drive a 20-24’ box truck, delivering to customers with a high level of service while following DOT rules.

The schedule is four days per week with 10-hour shifts, no weekends, and an occasional overnight route. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with benefits after 30 days and an ESOP program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24’ box truck, including a DOT Medical Card. (CDL is not required)
• Experience driving a 20-24-foot box truck (preferred but not required).
• Understanding of how to use a GPS.
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated person.

Schedule

• 4 days per week. (Day off can vary)
• 10-hour shifts and hours may vary.
• No weekends.
• This branch does require an overnight route one time a week
