Jasper Engines and Transmissions in Brentwood, MO is hiring a Delivery Driver to load, transport, and unload 20-24 ft box trucks for customer deliveries with a strong focus on safety and service. You will perform pre-trip inspections and support branch warehouse tasks as needed.

Starting pay is $19.75 per hour with on-the-job training and benefits after 30 days; CDL is not required, but a DOT medical card and proper endorsements are needed. No overnights and weekends, with 4 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Must obtain licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24’ box truck, including DOT Medical Card (CDL not required).
• Experience driving a 20-24' box truck preferred but not required.
• Ability to use GPS for efficient routing.
• Ability to lift and move products using pallet jack or forklift.

Job Overview

Duties Include :

• Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24’ box truck.
• Safe and timely delivery to our customers with a high level of customer service.
• Following DOT rules and regulations.
• Conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle.
• Assisting with branch warehouse support.

The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated person.

Schedule:

• 4 days per week.
• 10-hour shifts and hours may vary.
• No weekends.
• No overnight shifts.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24’ box truck, including a DOT Medical Card. (CDL is not required)
• Experience driving a 20-24-foot box truck (preferred but not required).
• Understanding of how to use a GPS.
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift.
