Job summary

Jasper Engines and Transmissions is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver in Greensboro, NC. You will load, deliver, and unload goods in a 20-24’ box truck while upholding high customer service standards and DOT compliance.

The role offers a 29.5-hour workweek (Mon, Wed, Fri) with no weekends or overnight shifts, on-the-job training, and opportunities for wage growth through performance reviews. Training provided; join a 100% Associate-Owned family.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card.
• CDL is not required.
• Experience driving a 20-24-foot box truck (preferred but not required).
• Understanding of how to use a GPS.

Job Overview Duties Include

Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24’ box truck. Safe and timely delivery to our customers with a high level of customer service. Following DOT rules and regulations. Conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle. Assisting with branch warehouse support.

The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated person.

Schedule: 3 days per week, up to 29.5 hours per week. (M, W, F) Possibility of additional hours when filling in for other drivers. No weekends. No overnight shifts. This branch does require an overnight route, as needed.

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card. (CDL is not required) Experience driving a 20-24-foot box truck (preferred but not required). Understanding of how to use a GPS. The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift.

Pay and Benefits
