Job summary

Summit Electric Supply in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Delivery Associate to pull customer orders, prepare them for delivery, and safely deliver materials to job sites. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning of products, inventory processes, and industry best practices while you build foundational warehouse skills.

You will support sales teams, maintain neat work areas, and uphold Summit's safety commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent driving record required.
• 21+ years old and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean vehicle, daily driver logs and weekly vehicle inspection reports.
• Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
• Load and unload Summit trucks.
• Safely deliver products to customer locations.
• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Review orders on iPad and collect signatures.
• Report delivery issues and concerns.
• Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Receive and stock products daily to replenish inventory.
• Assist sales associates in fulfilling customer orders.
• Maintain neat and clean warehouse areas.
• Uphold Summit’s safety practices.
