Job summary

Summit Electric Supply is seeking a delivery/warehouse associate in Texas to ensure on-time deliveries and safe loading of goods. You will pick materials, load trucks, verify freight, and maintain accurate truck logs in accordance with DOT standards.

When not delivering, you will perform warehouse duties and support operations with attention to safety. The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to pass a DOT physical, and at least six months of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT physical.
• Minimum six months of related experience or training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PIT proficiency; reach truck and order picker; current certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure good customer relations through on-time deliveries.
• Transport and deliver goods in a timely manner.
• Pick material for orders and load vehicles.
• Safely secure loads and verify freight.
• Maintain truck logs per regulations.
• Perform warehouse duties when not delivering.
