Chestnut Labs in Portland, ME seeks a delivery driver for a 4-day work week with early morning routes. You will operate local routes, use handheld devices for delivery docs, and coordinate with local management to keep routes efficient.

Requires valid CDL B, DOT medical card or ability to obtain, knowledge of Hours-of-Service, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Benefits include strong PTO and health coverage.

This employment opportunity is a great fit for a motivated, hard-working person that likes to work independently with a lot of variety throughout the workday. This position is a 4-day schedule with shift start times between 2:00AM-5:00AM depending upon the route and driver preferences. Our local management team fosters a collaborative environment and works hard to develop and maintain schedules that work for our team members. Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL
• Existing or ability to obtain a DOT medical Card
• Operational Knowledge of Hours-of-Service rules and regulations
• Ability to perform safe pre/post trip inspections in accordance with DOT standards
• Good communication skills and ability to interface positively with customers
• Delivery type job experience a plus
• Ability to lift up 50 lbs and safely climb in and out of vehicle cargo box
• Able to operate handheld/mobile computers to transact sales & delivery documents
