Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking delivery team members to bring personalized sleep solutions directly to customers. You will work in a team environment, delivering with a partner, while representing a premier brand known for quality sleep. Expect on-the-job training and a competitive pay plan with incentives.

You must be 21+, hold a valid license, and be able to lift heavy loads with assistance during deliveries. Military-base access IDs may be required in some locations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads with assistance.
• Must present acceptable identification for access to restricted areas.

• Lead customers experience to a great first night of proven, quality sleep.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly.
• Become a trusted, successful Sleep Expert for customers.
• Make connections with a diverse array of customers during delivery visits.

What You Bring To The Truck…

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
