Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking delivery associates to work with a partner, delivering to customers and ensuring a premium sleep experience in their homes. Base pay starts at $25.00 per hour with an opportunity to earn up to $400 more each month through an incentive program.

Applicants must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 200+ lbs with assist. On‑the‑job training is provided, and employees help represent a premiere sleep brand.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with partner.
• Prior customer-facing experience is required.
• Must possess and maintain IDs for access to military bases (Real ID, Passport Card, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead customers to a great first night of proven, quality sleep.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly.
• Become a trusted, successful Sleep Expert for customers.
• Connect with a diverse array of customers during deliveries.

What you bring to the truck

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
