Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking delivery professionals to join a team delivering Sleep Number beds with a partner. You will represent a premier brand, demonstrate product features, and ensure customers have a great first-night sleep experience.

Base pay starts at $21.75 per hour with additional earning potential through a Monthly Incentive Program up to $400. The role includes on-the-job training, climate-controlled trucks, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with a partner.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Identification allowing access to military bases (Real ID, Enhanced ID, Passport Card, DoD ID) is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sleep Number beds in a team with a partner.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Create a positive first-night sleep experience for customers.

What You Bring To The Truck…

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner

• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
