Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking delivery drivers to work in a team delivering Sleep Number beds and accessories. You will work with a partner to provide a friendly, efficient customer experience in a safety-conscious environment.

Base pay starts at $20.75 per hour with potential to earn up to an additional $400 monthly through incentives, plus a complimentary Sleep Number bed. Training is provided and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with partner.
• Must have and maintain identification acceptable for access to certain locations (e.g., Real ID, Passport).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sleep Number beds and accessories with a partner.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service and build trust.
• Maintain safety and efficiency while performing deliveries.

What You Bring To The Truck…

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
