Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is hiring in Memphis for a delivery team member who helps customers by delivering and setting up sleep solutions. You will work with a partner, lift up to 200+ lbs with assistance, and represent a premier brand focused on sleep quality.

Base pay starts at $20.75 per hour with potential to earn up to $400 extra per month through the incentive program, plus a free Sleep Number bed, training, and climate-controlled trucks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with partner assistance.
• Must have identification allowing access to restricted areas (Real ID, passport, etc.).

What You Bring To The Truck…

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
