Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking delivery/truck associates who will bring personalized sleep solutions to customers. You’ll be part of a team delivering with a partner and representing a premier brand focused on quality sleep.

Base pay starts at $19.75 per hour with the potential to earn up to an extra $400 per month through the incentive program, plus a free Sleep Number bed and paid on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (Real ID/Enhanced ID/Passport Card/DoD ID).

• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Becoming a trusted, successful Sleep Expert and connect with a diverse range of customers.
