Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Delivery Associate in Irving, TX to transport and install Sleep Number beds and related products with a partner. You will communicate product features, ensure proper setup, and deliver a premium customer experience for a wide range of customers.

Base pay starts at $21.75/hour with on-the-job training, a monthly incentive program up to $400, and a complimentary Sleep Number bed.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with partner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Identification for access to military bases (Real ID, Enhanced ID, Passport Card, DoD ID)

Responsibilities

• Deliver with a partner to customers in Irving, TX area.
• Explain Sleep Number product features and benefits to customers.
• Provide first-night sleep guidance and ensure quality experience.
• Represent Sleep Number with professionalism and build trust with diverse customers.

What You Bring To The Truck…

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
