Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation seeks a Delivery Driver in Lakeside, CA. This full-time, on-site role involves delivering with a partner and representing the Sleep Number brand by providing quality sleep solutions to customers.

Base pay starts at $25.00 per hour with the potential to earn up to an additional $400 per month through our incentive program. Climate-controlled trucks, paid on-the-job training, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with assistance.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products with a partner as part of a truck team.
• Represent Sleep Number brand and deliver quality sleep solutions.
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, and product handling.
