Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is hiring a Delivery Driver in Jacksonville, FL. You will work with a partner to deliver Sleep Number beds, ensuring careful handling and on-time setup for customers.

Base rates start at $20.75 per hour with potential to earn up to an extra $400 monthly via the incentive program. Eligible employees receive comprehensive wellbeing benefits and training to excel as Sleep Experts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Identification required for access to certain facilities (Real ID/ID).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sleep Number products with a partner in a team setting.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Contribute to a positive first-night sleep experience for customers.
