Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Delivery Driver for our Louisville, KY location. The role involves delivering with a partner in a climate-controlled truck, representing a premier sleep brand, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a great first night of sleep for customers.

Base rates start at $20.75 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $400 per month through the incentive program.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
