Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is hiring a Delivery Driver in Bensenville, IL for a full-time role. The driver will work in a two-person team to deliver Sleep Number products, ensuring quality sleep experiences for customers.

The job requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 200+ lbs with assistance from a partner. Base pay starts at $25.00 per hour with the potential to earn additional monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with partner.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (Real ID, passport, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver products in a team with a partner.
• Represent Sleep Number and deliver quality sleep to customers.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Provide reliable, friendly service and build customer trust.
