Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking a Delivery Driver in Cedar Rapids, IA to join our team. You will work on climate controlled trucks, delivering with a partner and representing a premier sleep brand.

Base pay starts at $20.75 per hour with a monthly incentive program offering up to $400. On-the-job training, robust benefits, and wellbeing resources are provided.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with help of a partner.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must have and maintain identification for access to military bases (Real ID, etc).

Responsibilities

• Deliver with a partner in a team environment.
• Represent Sleep Number and deliver quality sleep to customers.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Make connections with a diverse array of customers.
