Weingartz is seeking a full-time delivery and transport specialist to perform pickups, deliveries, and store transfers of equipment and stock across locations. You will provide basic operating instructions to customers and ensure proper identification during transport.

Responsibilities include maintaining daily vehicle checks, handling inventory paperwork, and upholding safety standards in line with DOT requirements.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years or older to operate commercial vehicles.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen on hire.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and handle loading/unloading safely.
• Basic math and measurement skills required for daily paperwork.

Mansioni

• Perform pickups, deliveries, and intra-store transfers of equipment and stock.
• Provide basic operating instructions to customers on delivered equipment.
• Maintain daily vehicle checks and associated inventory paperwork.
• Ensure equipment is correctly identified and documented during transport.

• Pickups, delivery, and transfers between stores or customers new or repaired equipment and stock from warehouses.
• Picking upcustomer service work from customers to bring in for repair.
• Manages delivery schedule to meet customer commitments.
• Ensures all equipment delivered and transported is accurately identified and maintained.
• Provides basic operating instructions to customers on delivered equipment and ensures customer understands all safety features of delivered equipment.
• Manages daily paperwork needed for vehicle checks and inventory.

What We'll Need from You

• Must be 21 or older for this position
• Prioritizes safety on the road and with all loading and unloading of equipment.
• Ability to work independently with light supervision in an efficient manner.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly, push rolling stock,and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills are required
• Must have a chauffeur’s license.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical certification.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DOT PHYSICAL AND DRUG SCREEN UPON HIRE

Pay Range

When and Where You'll Be Working

• Full-Time Position
• Open Retail Hours:
  • Monday (8:00am - 7:00pm)
  • Tuesday - Friday (8:00am - 6:00pm)
  • Saturday (9:00am - 3:00pm)
